The car was delivered back to us in near showroom condition, it had been cleaned inside snd out even though we had seen historical snows in our area earlier this week. Vehicle was not repaired adequately. The repairs were substandard and the vehicle was not then released to us so that it could be repaired yet again. Very disappointed with the quality of the work because it was obvious not only to us, but to the manager as well, that the work done was less than superior. We could have used any repair facility and chose Apple based on USAA recommending your facility. We hope that the vehicle is repaired to our satisfaction when we pick it up next time, it has so far not beeen a great expirence. We can not say that we have been very impressed though the manager agreed with us and said he would make the repairs right. Staff that we have met have been very nice thus far and great the repairs not so much.

We experienced good communication from Apple and the parts replaced on the car look proper. However the paint on the hood has several large blotchy dull spots in the paint finish , which makes the overall repair of the car look poor and cheap .
