Aside from not scheduling the state inspection per agreement. Seve said that I never requested it and needed valid registration. Even though I told him 3 times that registration is in car then He hung up the phone. No phone notification that job was completed yesterday. Too bad it was going so well until pick-up time. It sort of makes remembering any positives hard. Bad PR if you ask me.

To achieve complete satisfaction, I would have like for the edges of the bumper to have been sanded down before painted and attached to the vehicle to resemble the way it was when we bought the car. Otherwise I was satisfied with the work.

I wasn't able to get my car until Sat. As soon as I started the car, a warning light came on about tires.
The service center found a screw in the tire and they replaced the tire. Kimber went out to look over the car and found that there no clips holding the bumper on. She also said that it appeared to be slight damage on the driver's side and it was painted over.

All services provided were excellent however I'm absolutely unsatisfied with the receptionist. I've received services on 2 different autos in the past year. She always has an attitude and makes you feel as if your a burden to her. If she is that unsatisfied with her position, move on and find other employment. She's never pleasant, has issues when questioned, just an all around horrible customer service rep. If this is the first time it has been mentioned then you obviously don't pay attention. I've not mentioned it before because everyone has a bad day but she seems to be that way all the time. Everyone I've mentioned this too says the same. I'll continue to use Apple because the work is great however I don't need static from an unhappy person when I walk through the door.
