I was completely satisfied with the repair work, but the curt demeanor of your front desk (Katie) amazed me. She tends to be very abrupt and certainly not an ounce of friendliness. Unfortunately, she is the primary person your customers deal with both in person and on the telephone. For that reason, I wouldn’t use your services again. The other girl at the counter (I don’t know her name) was much more pleasant, but I only spoke with her the day of pickup.

I would suggest not removing car parts on a new car, especially for a small scratch with no dent to see if any damage is behind the scratch. I would also recommend checking for replacement parts before further damaging the existing parts to check for said damage.

Upon completing the required repair on the 2013 Honda Civic, the repairman did a safety check on the car and found that the lug nuts on the front passenger tire was loose and tighten the lug nuts. The tires had been installed by Meineke Tires in York and they did an unsatisfactory job.
