Initial meeting with office personnel was chaotic and rude. Woman at reception desk was rude and condescending only looking and speaking to my husband even though it was my car. Was told they had no idea when then could do the estimate on my car and it would be until sometime into January before repairs could be done. I contacted my insurance agent and miraculously they estimated the car within 2 days. Would never recommend your facility to anyone. I went for the closest shop to my home despite hearing negative things about service. It’s also why when shopping for a new car after my car was totaled (was considering Mercedes, Audi and BMW) we did not even consider shopping at Apple for a late model replacement.
