I am impressed. Work looks great. Bonus, my car was clean inside and out. I appreciated this very much.
I do wish the texts were more indicative of what was going on. They were vague throughout the process. I had to call the shop to clarify what they meant.

I’ll be satisfied once the part on back order is received and all the work is complete on my pilot. When my Honda was worked on, the battery was disconnected, and not re-connected properly and it caused the radio panel to not work and then all dash lights came on…on our way to New Hampshire. It’s been frustrating to say the least and when the part comes in, and I bring the vehicle back, this will be addressed and remedied.
