Front desk receptionist was rude and very unhelpful. Tech left white dust finger prints on the inside of my door and broke my rear view mirror. Tape residue was left on my trunk. Alignment of my vehicle was done incorrectly forcing me to waste time off from my work to have it serviced properly. Mainly the rudeness of the front desk receptionist compounded the situation even more. Would not recommend Koons Collision to anyone.

I had a good rep, but honestly for (10) days of repair time, it was a little excessive. Also, a part of my back panel was scratched into the clear coat (brand new vehicle), necessitating another repair. While I am pleased with the service Dave provided, this should not have happened...and I should not have been the first to notice the error as well.
