Koons and GEICO did an excellent job caring for and repairing my vehicle. I'm very happy with the results., and the repair was completed more quickly than promised.
My experience with Enterprise was ok. Their inventory was low and I was kept waiting for a while to have the car cleane (making me late for work) even though it never got cleaned. The gas warning lightt came on right after I started driving my rental. Returning the car to Enterprise, however, was hassle-free.

The bumper which l was told is going to be replaced by a new one had a small area of peeled paint. I made this notice to the guy who dhowed me the car begore pick up. Other thst that everything was fine. The dtaff was courteous. The pricess was smooth. The car was cleaned in and out.

I had to come in when they said it was repaired and after waiting the damage area was not fixed as told and documented. I left and return and still the light was not fixed I made theee trips out. Things need to be taken seriously people do have schedules and all. I just thought it would be and easier going process.
