I recently had my car repaired at Lacey Collision Center after being rear‑ended, and overall I’m happy with the results. Tim Long was my point of contact, and he was great about keeping me updated — whether by email, phone, or text, he always made sure I knew what was going on.
Also, shout‑out to the front desk team (the guy and the girl up front). They’re always very attentive, nice, and courteous every time I stop by or call in. Really solid customer service.
The only issue I ran into was the repair timeline. It took long enough that I almost went past my rental coverage through my insurance — thankfully it didn’t, but it came close.
So far, the quality of the work looks good, and I appreciate how communicative and professional the staff have been throughout the whole process.
