I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Hendrick Collision Center - Rock Hill, SC. They went above and beyond my expectations from start to finish. Not only did they save me more than half compared to other repair quotes I received, but they also completed the work in nearly half the time and came in less than the the original quote which saved me on my car rental as well. Chase, Holly and the entire team was professional, friendly, and communicative throughout the process. They even helped coordinate a ride to the rental car facility, which made an already stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to find a repair shop that combines honesty, efficiency, quality work, and excellent customer service all in one place. I highly recommend them and definitely recommend them to anyone needing vehicle repairs.

Today, I discovered that Hendrick Collision Center failed to properly secure the underbody cover (undercover) on my vehicle by not reinstalling all required bolts following the repair work. While driving home on the highway, I suddenly heard a cracking noise coming from underneath the front of my vehicle, followed by repeated sounds of something striking or dragging against the car. Due to heavy highway traffic, I was unable to safely pull over immediately. This created a potentially dangerous situation, as a loose underbody component could have detached while the vehicle was in motion. As soon as I arrived home, I inspected the source of the noise and found that the underbody cover had come loose. The left side of the cover had already been damaged and deformed from dragging on the road surface. Since receiving my vehicle back from the collision center, I have only driven it for approximately one week in total, as I was out of the country for most of May. Based on the timing and condition of the vehicle, it appears the issue resulted from improper reinstallation during the repair process. I am requesting that Hendrick Collision Center take responsibility for this matter by replacing the damaged underbody cover and repairing any related damage caused by the loose component. It would’ve been nice if they had given me a call when the car was done, as it was, I called them, and they said “oh yeah it’s all done and ready to go.“ Never mind you they were very respectful. I had no problems with any of them there, but it took a while when I called for me to find out if my car was done or not. I don’t know how long it had been done to be frank with you. It might’ve been done for three days. I don’t know, but they should’ve called me not the other way around. That’s the only thing I have to comment about. Other than that, I am very happy and will go back there again. Should they need to arise. Thank you for all your hard work.

Extremely friendly, professional staff provided me with two calls each week to give me status updates on my car. The driver's side of my car was sideswiped in a parking lot. The entire door, front fender, headlight, and bumper needed to be replaced. The work was completed within three weeks; and the results look brand new. Highly Recommended!!!

Everything was pleasant. I was informed about what was going on throughout the entire process, Alfred explained the entire process and actually did a lot more than expected. He didn’t have to detail my car, he didn’t have to vacuum out the interior, he didn’t have to fix the interior speedometer lighting trim but he did. You guys need to give him a raise. He definitely deserves it.

I’m honestly so grateful at the care taken in getting my car repaired. I love my car so much, and when I was backed into TWICE, I just wanted it back to normal. The team here did a great job of assessing the damage and getting it done in a timely manner as soon as the parts came in.
