i regret not taking my car to sunflower. everything is always excellent. everytime i look at my car and see the front bumper sag amongst other things.. i would bring it back but it’s not like anything is going to be done. when i read replace front bumper i think new. i’m wondering if this was pulled off another challenger. also the paint job.. there are scratches under the paint where I myself had put scratches with sanding paper to redo the front bumper before I got in a wreck. this repair also has zero longevity. The only way to make this right is to rip off the entire front of this car and redo it. it hasn’t been a month in the front bumper is sagging and not flush. I’m looking forward to having continual problems in the near future with twisty ties and extension cords…

I paid Hendricks collision at the time I picked up my car on March 15th. I told them Cincinnati Financial had sent me a check to cover the cost and Farmer’s insurance was no longer involved. On March 21st Hendricks billed Farmers anyway. This caused Farmers to sent a subrogation claim to Cincinnati. This caused Cincinnati to cancel the check they sent to me. The bank charged me for the canceled check. Hendricks has their money for the repairs paid my me plus a small check from Farmers. They ‘doubled dipped’. I am extremely unhappy about this mess.

There was no follow-up with timeline, status updates, or notification when ready. I found it my car was ready from the rental car company telling me that the insurance company stopped paying for the rental car

I already did this survey. The fact that you are asking again proves my point about poor customer service. There was a series of poor communications and delays with my service. The end product is great but the customer service was terrible.
