The car was initially delivered with a couple flaws in the paint on the bumper. My wife caught them as I was not there. Nathan did apologize and the flaws were corrected. People are human, but I also have a high expectation for $3k of repair work. It should have been caught before a delivery call was ever made. This is what you all do for a living. It gives the impression you tried to pass it off hoping we wouldn’t notice. 24hrs later, the issues were repaired but Nathan could not tell me if it was completely repainted or just fixed where paint had issues. I was told the car was being washed down before delivery. There was still compound from buffing the paint, and the whole car looked like it had been in a body shop for a week. I expected a little bit more of a detail and cleaning. If you do good work, make sure the customer sees it. Good body work should blend into the rest of the car like it never happened. It didnt as the front hood and bumper and fenders were fairly clean and new, but the rest of the car looked dirty. I expected more as I have had other shops in the past do repairs and the car looked clean and presentable. Nathan was great at his job, but your shop and actual work could use some improvement.

Everything looked fine, once i drove my vehicle to work after picking it up, the panel below the driver side doors popped out as if it were broken during the repair and just tried to be hidden. I called as soon as i saw this. I pushed it back in myself but it is broken

My Service Advisor Nathan did an outstanding job! I am a teammate for Service King and have experienced nothing but professionalism from SK18! Special shout out to the body tech that repaired my vehicle. It looks fantastic! The repair was done ahead of schedule which I truly thank Service King! I just bought the vehicle from a dealership and only enjoyed it for **** day before someone door dinged my nee car. So happy I can now drive my new car! Well, I do appreciate everything you all did for me. However,I really do not understand the process and why it took 36 days to repair my vehicle. There were six delays. From 7-6-2019,7-13-2019,7-18-2019,7-20-2019,7-22-2019,7-23-2019, and I finally got it on 7-24-2019. Now, there is a rattle when I hit a rough part in the road. You all either left a wrench, something not attached properly, or the only other thing I my mind it could be is the back window is not sealed properly with the rubber sealer and it allows it to rattle. In addition to that, the inside has some kind of oily substance on the door behind the drivers seat as well as the carpet is stained in the back. It appears that parts it something was put in there and it was not clean. I have no idea as to why someone wiped the inside front and rear windows. They are a mess. So, again, I appreciate what you all did for me. Thank you!
