Dustin was awesome! He kept me informed of everything going on with my vehicle on a daily basis. Very happy with him regarding my experience at service king.
Nathan was a very efficient, informative, friendly and knowledgeable service advisor. Service King did not rush through my car - when additional time was needed for part delivery or outside services, I was notified in plenty of time to extend my insurance replacement vehicle. Upon our initial inspection of my car, we pointed out some minor blemishes. Nathan and I reviewed the “before” pictures and Service King kept my car another day and cleaned up what had been pointed out. While in the shop, I asked Nathan if we could get an estimate for the door dings from the PDR team. Nathan not only set up an estimate, he also followed through - taking before pictures and making sure I was okay with the statement of work and the quote for repairs. Even with the Farmers Branch location being so far from my home, in Leonard, (about 75 miles) should I ever need services provided by Service King, I would MOST DEFINITELY make the drive and request Nathan as my service advisor. After 16 days of keeping vehicle, one would think car would be giving back in excellent condition. Repairs on vehicle aren’t. Passenger headlight has ****/2 inch gap between it and bumper cover, bumper cover doesn’t fit corners around headlights and check engine on now, engine light was off prior to dropping vehicle at Service King- McKinney. Vehicle will go back for re-work!

First, the customer service representative who scheduled my appointment told me that I could drop my car off with an envelope and paperwork that would be at the location. However, when I arrived there were no instructions or paperwork or Dropbox for me to leave my car. So I had to come back another day to drop my car off when somebody was there to receive my keys. When I drop my car off, I was told that I would be receiving a call later in the day with more updates regarding the repair. Two days later I called to inquire about my car and was unable to speak with the representative who was in charge of the repair and never received phone call I had to continually call and never got an update or a return to call like I was always promised. The quality of the repair was excellent! However, customer service was extremely poor it did not follow through on the Promises that were made to me during each phone conversation and scheduling the appointment was bad with wrong instructions.
Excellent to get status reports during repairs. Completed sooner than estimated. Easy to work with. Smooth coordination with insurance company.
Fiendly people. Wouldn’t hesitate to use SK again. Excellent work.
