The quality of the work looks good so far. My dissatisfaction relates solely to the frequent, inaccurate estimated completion dates. The first one was around 11/26. The actual completion date was 12/11. There was one understandable delay for a bad part. Other than that, the changes and delays are puzzling. I try to live by the mantra of under promise and over deliver. It seems to keep clients happy. Just a friendly suggestion.

Our dates changed 5 times. We kept putting off our vacation because the date kept being pushed back and I had to call every time for details. On the last day I was promised it changed AGAIN and even though they had changed the date to 11/16 we went ahead and drive up there and our vehicle was ready on the 15th although we weren’t advised.
