Excellent customer service from beginning to end. I had a negative experience with Service King (Plano location) a few years ago but this experience completely turned that around. If I ever need collision work done again (and I have three teenage drivers!) I will return to the Service King in McKinney. Well done!

The first person I worked with was Josh because I wanted to get an estimate for the damage while waiting for the check from the persons insurance co. I was referred to your location by the guys at KwicKar in McFrisco(Custer and Stacey)not sure which city it’s in. He got the info and explained how the process works. Once I got the check I called the 800 to set up service. Spoke to LaTasha she had unable to process some info in computer, got some help, called me back quickly and game me my date and Tim to come in. When I came in, I
worked with Chris. He got the necessary info told me he would let me know how things would go from this point and if I needed anything to call. Excellent overall experience. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant as well.

The front bumper trim is not put on correctly and the customer service assistant told me the gap is supposed to be there. The gap is NOT there in other civics nor is it there on the sam trim on my back bumper.
Somebody is too lazy to complete the job correctly and someone is either dishonest or ignorant to how the job should be done. I am guessing the used after market fasteners.
Maybe someone will call me back, other then my original customers agent to facilitate the job getting done right.
