Thank you so much for fixing my car much quicker than originally expected. The young boy who hit me is still waiting on his car to be returned to him. Expected date is July 23rd and he turned it in on June 24th. I so wish y’all had a place in Tyler so they could get it back much more quicker. Y’all are always on top of correctly fixing and giving us our vehicle back. Thank you again so much!!

Everything went well. Damage was done by other driver and Service King was well aware of this. Didn’t try to sell any extras. Joshua called ahead and told the delivery was going to be a little later than original estimate but that wasn’t a problem for us.

Windshield was not clean and still had tape on it. Also a piece was found in the trunk that the service rep will ask about. The tires were low. Finally the interior of the car was clean but too much protectant was used on the displays and the rear view mirror had spots on it. The repairs themselves seem to be well done.

The work performed was great. My truck looks super. However, the repair took longer than originally projected because the incorrect part was sent to your store. I was told I would get some rental car credit. I have not received any money to date so that is why I responded no.

The car looked great, but I could have saved an extra day of car rental had I known it was ready. Also, I’m really miffed that my a/c was set to 62 and my radio was on another station. What’s that about? That means my car was running when it shouldn’t have been. I got notified by my car every time it was started, and it was numerous. Then my final bill went up $118 from the estimate. Seems like Service King should have eaten that for missing the items. The car looked great. I would recall you to other people, but I’d feel compelled to note my concerns.

My car doors have scratches on them that weren’t there when I took it in, I didn’t see these scratches when I picked it up because it was raining outside. The paint fumes are horrible in the inside of the car. I will be taking it back tomorrow.

We had trouble with the insurance company but Randy was always patient, willing to talk, and very helpful. He ALWAYS answered my calls and kept me informed. This could have been a much more frustrating experience if not for him.
