Autobahn Collision

Joe, kept me up to date with the repair status throughout. Autobahn, appears to have done an excellent job with the repair. My only gripe is whoever was inside my car made many changes on the radio with the preset stations. Otherwise, we're very happy with the work done. Thanks, David

****) Autobahn Collision was waiting on an answer from my insurance company before preceding with the work. OK, but when I called, I got the impression that the update had fallen in a crack, and only my call triggered action. 2) Seems to me the auto collision repair industry has lost the sense of importance of getting the customer back on the road, perhaps due to the prevalence on rental cars paid for by insurance companies. We have waived rental car coverage to save money on insurance. I am sure we are not alone. We were thus down **** vehicle for 4 weeks. 3) The microphone for the hands-free phone was moved during repair. Issues: a) New mic placement interfered with the visor b) Thus mic was covered if the visor was down b) The mic cable was not properly secured in the headliner and now dangles across the windshield. 4) However, the personnel at Autobahn were very polite and accommodating.

Matt did a great job working with our insurance company to get closure for our case.

The car is running great. Repairs appear to be perfect!

Shouldn’t take three months to repair a vehicle despite supply chain issues. You are not good at communicating with your customers who went out of their way to utilize Autobahn. Called mid-April and was told Autobahn had not received funds. GEICO sent you a check for $13K on 3/17/2022. What ever the excuse was, it was not based on the truth. Autobahn’s only saving grace is Matthew S. He was respectful and aware of the time spent on repair or whatever the excuse was. Took a survey for Subaru and made them aware of what occurred with my Ascent. Please do not contact me. Through with surveys that have no impact on your customer service!!

Yes my car looks brand new. Very happy, was worth the wait getting into the collision center , once in it was finished exactly 4 weeks to the day.

Jasmyne, Joe and Scott were very attentive in their Customer Svc. I was kept well informed of the repair progress. In an era when most people don't experience good customer service, it is very special to know Autobahn practices such exemplary Cust Svc practices. I believe you were having issues in time management and how long a vehicle was in queue before being repaired.

No feedback ever provided and car was kept 15 weeks for repairs that in the end according to motor was not needled

Great team and great service.

This warranty work done this time is much better than the original work. Customer service is also much better this time. I actually dealt with same person this time compared to different people last time which i found out all were no longer with company.

Due to the complete lack of communication and time frame it took for repairs to be completed, there is nothing that can be done to make me (or my company) happy with the experience we had.

Satisfied on end result, but could not get a definitive completion date until 2 days before.

I was told that they would install a spoiler on my wife's mustang by the manager. We scheduled a day to bring it in and a price of "about" $500 to have the spoiler installed. I brought it in and was told it should be ready on Thursday the 18 Nov 2021. After it sat in their faciloty for 4 days I called to check status and was told that they didn't know the status of the vehicle. I received a call from Jackie and was told that they didn't do that type of work... Very unprofessional and unreliable! What a joke!
