My vehicle sat in your shop for 8 days after completion. I am without transportation while my truck sat in your possession. When I picked up my truck FINALLY, I was told insurance covered the entire bill. I asked about the “after market” part and then and only then I was told I owed 43.00? More. I don’t feel that follow through was done unless I was initiating responses. This was a very unsatisfying experience.

From the moment my repair experience began, I was made clear not to have any expectations of a repair date completion. Along the way, there were no promises made. This left me in a consistent state of apprehension, especially when the rental car insurance was running out. I invite you to consider that making promises, and being in communication whether you will fulfill those promises, or not, will give your customers certainty. And I invite you to take on promising as the way you do business in the future.

Dino was a great communicator. The process took longer than expected. I was told 4-6 weeks. Was more like 9. I know Farmers insurance was a part of that issue. Thanks for everything...

Took way too long!! I made a decision to have the work done based on it taking 4-5 days. It was 5 weeks that I was without a vehicle!!

No updates on progress, no eta ever given. Car was absolutely filthy inside with leftover work dust and materials. The only thing ok about the whole experience was the repair. However, 7 weeks to fix a fender bender when the parts were all in stock after 3 weeks seems excessive. I was even told my car was pushed back, no reason given. Paperwork wasn’t ready when the car was finally completed.

Paint texture is off, which I feel throws the color off,and the detail of the vehicle was well under what I would have expected. Astan tried his best to reassure me that all would be good. However he was not the tech.

The delays to get my car back cost me almost $1000 in rental charges. I was told by your agent that I would not be reimbursed. I will not recommend this organization going forward.

I was not completely satisfied. It took twice as long as you said it would. The communication while that was happening was poor at best. I had to call to get information. The headlight still needs to be readjusted. That takes my time plus having to drive to Gilbert from Gold Canyon. When I was told it was done I had to take it back because of places with issues with the paint. So I am satisfied as of now but I still need to come back.

REPAIR WAS DONE PERFECTLY. DOOR WAS REPLACED AND BY LOOKING AT THE EXTERIOR, ALL THE SEAMS AND GAPS ARE PERFECT. LOOKING AT THE INTERIOR DOOR PANEL YOU CAN"T TELL THAT ANYTHING WAS EVER REMOVED. PAINT MATCH IS PERFECT. WAS THE BEST AND MOST THOROUGH DETAIL JOB I HAVE EVER HAD. WILL RECOMMEND AUTOBAHN COLLISION TO ALL.

I really don't care to be contacted by my Autobahn Collision Representative, but believe repairs took much longer than necessary--considering the extent of the damage to my vehicle--(namely, 35 days) and were held up for too long while awaiting approval from GEICO for additional estimates.
