I’ve shared this feedback directly with both Chad and Tim so this should not be a surprise. I absolutely recognize that there would likely be delays in servicing my car quickly due to both ongoing supply chain issues as well as general labor shortages in the US. However, my biggest issue is with lack of communication with the team which left me incredibly frustrated and required me to devote time daily to calling / emailing for status updates. It’s not an exaggeration to say I called multiple times again (speaking with the reception, is it Jocelyn?) - - nearly ever phone call I placed when unreturned. I received a myriad of reasons: Chad’s out of town, Chad’s with a customer, we don’t have enough people to work on your car - - but mostly just silence. After one day calling SIX times, I finally got Chad on the phone where he said, “I’m just going to be honest - nothing’s been done with your car”. Communication was better when Tim stepped in. In the end, I was without a car for 7 weeks and 3 days. I later learned that the car sat without being evaluated for the first 3 weeks which is unacceptable. Our insurance only covered 30 days worth of rental car coverage so I had to juggle that piece, too. While I’m pleased with the overall work that was performed, I was so dissatisfied with the experience and will not be able to recommend your services to anyone.

Nice clean shop. Chad and everyone there was great to work with. Actual work performed was excellent; silver metallic paint matched perfectly and all the gaps were straight and even.

I am NOT happy with the way the rear bumper protector was applied. I was told by Tim Wolf that It would look better after several months when the heat gets to it, this, in turn, would smooth out the wrinkles/bubbles that I see now. This echo’s the fiasco I had to deal with when I bought the car and with the sloppy install of the clear shield. I have learned to live with it even after they redid one part of it as per my request This next topic is NO reflection on Tim Wolf. I felt that the previous manager dropped the **** on getting my car in for repairs, I did make an appointment about a week later with one of the desk people, however when I arrived for my appointment several weeks later, I had the feeling that no one was expecting me and no one knew what was going on. This in turn made it more of a headache for Tim to manage my expectations when I dropped off the vehicle. I was frustrated having to explain my concerns and expectations a third time. Needless to say I was not a nice person to deal with and I later apologized for my less than stellar behavior. Perhaps I’m too picky or my expectations are too high, regardless I was asked for feedback and my intention is not to be a ****. Having worked in dealerships since I was 20 years old, i’m not your run-of-the-mill customer and I am able to see both sides of these topics. I don't really have a solution to make me completely satisfied. I would never trash anyone on an auto manufacturers survey, so don't need not worry about that. I have been on the other end of that in the past and know the drama from that. Thanks for listening. Alex

The customer service was some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. Some of the rudest staff that treated me rudely because I had to call week after week to get a status on my car. I would never go back to your collision center.

Tim really helped me out. He made sure my vehicle was fixed completely and not even the smallest detail was overlooked. Tim also kept me updated and I always knew what was going on with my car. Also, Jasmine was incredibly kind and always showed patience. An unpleasant experience got me to Autobahn. But, Autobahn made the experience as pleasant as possible.

Hi. I have voiced my concerns and issues to several of the management and employees. Very disappointed that a shop with soo many luxury car certifications can go soo wrong right from the initial contact thru delivery, where the only response was sorry and blaming Covid and the “other” guy. If you sincerely care and want to improve, then you should really listen to what I said. I am a very reasonable person and for someone like me to be unhappy is serious enough to where you have a make significant changes. But I am more concerned now with all the plaques on the wall, if my other cars(bmw and porsche) ever get into a collision, that I will have to look for somewhere else to take them.

A complete check through of the car should have been done prior to saying my car was ready for pick up should have been done. There was still issues with the front wheel needling the for rubber marks clean off from the accident and the windshield installed at Autobahn had interior scratches that had to be repair. I had to contact the auto glass installer and made an additional trip to the Phoenix area to have the windshield tint replaced. This should have been taken car of by Autobahn.

BSD/RCTA sensor has malfunctioned since the day after I received the car back, and is still malfunctioning over two weeks later. Car was “filthy” upon return to my local Surprise Subaru dealer (my service manager’s word), tons of papers and stuff inside, tape residue still on side panel where I left it (never cleaned it off and never painted as was promised on three different days, August 23rd, 25th, 26th). No communication, no calls back “within the hour” as promised multiple times, no calls back all day on most days, multiple excuses Contradictory stories on parts (back ordered or not), on current status, and on return delivery of vehicle (to my house or not) Lied about calling my local service manager back after he had left three messages in one day (Thursday, Sep. 2)

Chad was a horrible service writer. His communication skills lacked in a major way and my truck was left in your care for 10 days without being worked on. Chad failed to communicate with me that there was a problem and when I called to find out an update he finally let me know. I was able to solve the issue within a few hours- a job he should have done. In addition, the repairs done to my truck were less than perfect, forcing me to schedule time to bring it back to have repairs done.

We seemed to get lost in the shuffle (there were a few weeks where nothing happened w the progress). It wasn’t until we checked in that we discovered our point person was out of the loop, that a new person was assigned, and that only then did the work commence. The turnaround time for the repair was about one month longer than expected.
