**** kept me informed during the repair process which I appreciated. All repairs were completed to where my car looks brand new again.

**** did an excellent job taking care of my repairs and dealing with the insurance company!

I can hardly believe the incredible condition the car was. When it was returned. This was a very special job making. This car look new. I am more than satisfied with all that was done to the car . Again thank you.

I have been trying to get a scratch repaired at Autobahn Collision for the last 3 months. It has been a struggle to get truthful answers, a return phone call, or any meaningful progress. It took months to get a quote and the process started. I would be promised a date for the next step and a return call but it was impossible to get a call back. Dan repeatedly lied to me about the timeline for repairing my vehicle. After 3 weeks of no progress, I picked up my vehicle after he didn’t call me back with updated status as promised. When I dropped off my car, he said that they would keep it inside. He repeated that it was kept inside when I came today. When I got the car, it was filthy and covered in dust. He said that the shop gets lots of dust in it. This was an obvious lie that I called him on so he changed to it was only outside for a week. My car was stored outside with tons of dust baking into the paint for 3 weeks with zero done to it. All they did was try to get more money from the insurance company to fix a scratch. I’m disgusted with the dishonesty and unprofessional service by your company. This was the most minor repair and it was a disaster. I’ve heard ever excuse from my manager is incompetent to there are other cars here that have waited even longer. It is real simple. Give me a date to drop a car and start/finish the work. You should return phone calls as promised and stop the blatant lying. I only went to Autobahn because the Porsche dealer recommended you. They are going to get an angry call from me on your disgustingly bad service.

The A/C doesn’t work at all and makes hissing sound. A sensor is hanging underneath the front of the car. The car is giving off a gas odor to the point that it cannot be parked in the garage or smells like the house has a gas leak. The engine motor computer box is missing its cover.

Shawn and team were not only personable, they provided amazing service in an unfortunate situation. They were very patient with my husband’s direct communication. Shawn even took the time to help me reset some security features in my vehicle, which I am very grateful. Great team at Autobahn!!!

Car looks great, seems to be performing well, was nicely cleaned and appreciated. Only concern was back left tire was much lower than rest of tires, which was a concern brought up, especially with that being the side that car was hit.

The workmanship is perfection! I trust no one else with my cars! Bruce is legendary!

There was a situation with an employee leaving without notice which caused a delay in completing my vehicle. This was disappointing but out of anyone's control. Dale took over my service and was able to get my car completed quickly despite the issue. He was polite, professional and communicated well. When i picked up my car, it loooked great, it was really clean and he made the process easy.

The work was very high quality. I'm very pleased with the repair overall.

The workmanship was very fine. However communication from your company to me wasn’t fine. I had to do most all the calling to you to get updates. Plus I was told one week for repairs and it took three weeks. My main disappointment was not that it took longer but it was that no one bothered to call me with the information. I guess Asher had some breakdowns but no one picked up his work and in the meantime I felt like I was left hanging. Again repairs were very nice. Thank you and happy holidays. Linda

Ashur went above and beyond to help me. My battery died when I got to the shop. It was still under warranty and Ashur took the car to auto zone and got the battery switched out so I would not have a problem driving home. A big THANK YOU!

It was not Autobahn's fault that repairs took longer than expected...that was the only thing that was not top notch and was due to insirsnxe co. taking a long time to do their thing. The staff were all extremely helpful and communication was wonderful. Work pwrformed was a great job and will return for any future auto body needs!
