We are completely satisfied with the quality of the work. Just disappointed in the amount of time it took. We were told 3 weeks and it actually took 6 weeks. I think it would be better to under promise and over deliver so as to manage ones expectations of the time needed. No need to call me for that. It's just an FYI. Otherwise we love the work.

Hi, Our 2016 Volvo s60 Cross Country was returned to us with just over 100 extra miles on the odometer. Also, we locked the glove box and it was unlocked when we picked up the car. Also, the 3 back headrests were in the up positions, and we always keep them down. The center back headrest was pulled up, which we have never done since owning the car. We inquired as to how/why all this occurred while the car was at your facility, especially the additional 100+ miles, and no one has contacted us to explain. Perhaps someone can?? -D.N. Beck

It would be very difficult to notice any damage from the accident. The repairs are well done and do not stand out from the rest of the vehicle's body as being newly done. Thank you all!

In spite of the scope of the repair, paint was limited to the bumper. Extending paint to the entire dog house would have been smart and should have been offered. Cooling system was not properly purged. Voice mails were never answered. Yesterday I found damage to the passenger rocker panel.

Hi below are 3 comments to consider is your process and quality assurance areas: ****) The front license plate holder and my Sedona place was missing and not replaced. That should have been photographed and put back on since it was oroginally on the vehicle. 2) The right headlight assembly was replaced. People like myself who own high-end vehicles should be asked if they would like to replace the opposite headlight assembly. As we all know headlight assemblies age, discolor and reduce nighttime vision and light range over time. It would have been nice to have been asked if I wanted to pay to have it replaced. I would have paid the out of pocket cost to have the left light assembly replaced. 3) My wiper assemblies were discolored and paint was chipping. Had I been asked while the car was in for the front end repair I would have paid out of pocket to have both wiper assembly arms re-painted. Upselling high-end car owners I would think adds gross margin to your profitability without have owners shell out a lot of additional labor expense.
