They were going to fix the cover to my gas cap as it protrudes, and they didn’t. Very disappointed as l think they didn’t because my rep was relocated

This body shop is not to be trusted!! I had minor paint damage to the back side of my car that needed to be repaired. When I returned to pick my car up my car repeatedly beeped at me that my hood had not been properly closed. I had to return to my dealership to turn off the alert. This was alarming to me as the body shop had no notes on doing repairs on my hood as the damage was to the back of my vehicle. I then saw a car part on the back seat of my car. I immediately called the body shop and they said I need to come back since they removed a car part and forgot to put it back in! When i returned, two attendants were whispering and proceeded to open my hood and insert the part back in. When I asked one of the attendants why was my hood opened when the damage was to the back of the car, she said “your hood was never opened”. I told her it clearly was since you just put the missing car part back in the hood, she was silent. She then said the only person that would know is the mechanic that worked on my car and he is not in. After i asked when I would get an answer as to what was done to my vehicle she said i would get a response the next day. I never received a response and my insurance company had to get involved. The insurance company repeatedly called to get some kind of an answer and the body shop simply replied that they never touched my hood and the mechanic that worked on my car is in the army and can’t respond. How can a body shop not provide a simple answer as to why a car part is missing from the hood and why was the hood ever touched when the damage was done on the back of the car?
The repairs to the vehicle look outstanding. My major complaints of my experience is the amount of time it took to complete the repairs. I understand it was a major repair but I do believe their was at least 20 days of inactivity on my vehicle. In addition, the communication at the beginning was in my opinion not great.

The job done on my car is amazing. My car is a new 2017 model and i was nervous it wouldn't look new, but my car looks brand new again! job well done. I am very satisfied with the outcome of my repairs.

Make sure the work is done before you call me. I went in was prepared to leave noticed a piece missing now I will have to return for that work. Which brings me to problem number 2 your hours are awful does not make it easy for working people to get their cars.
