You’re technicians do not know what they are doing. They took apart my bumper assemble and did not put thing back how they were. My warranty was voided because you the poor work this location does. Casey the so called manager is rude and obnoxious. If this is how this Fresno body works operates I will recommend anyone to avoid this shop. As I was explaining to Casey "the store manager” that the shop made a mistake she proceeded to argue with me. Customer is always right.

Thank you! We especially appreciated Lois' customer service. This all happened when Covid-19 & school closures started unfolding here. As such, Lois arranged for us to be able to do things remotely so that we could get the process started on fixing our Infiniti. She also would update us periodically on the status of car's repairs. Lastly, when we came to pick it up she was so pleasant. Great experience & the car came out nice!
