I received regular text updates on my car while it was at Cascades AutoBody which I appreciated so much! I was so happy with the work they did when I picked it up - it's a 2013 and it was in brand new, off the lot condition by the time Cascades was done with it!

Well done on insurance damage. but when my car was in your lot for repair the hail storm that hit Sterling damaged my roof. I took my car back you and you kept it for three days to do a hail estimate. That was early September and I’m still waiting for the estimate after asking repeated times. I’m not going through insurance as I have a $500 defuctible. But I would appreciate your estimate; otherwise I’m taking it to someone else. Barbara Kelley-****-****-xxxx.

The paint job on my daughter’s car was beautiful. You couldn’t even tell that they did only painted the bumper as it was perfectly matched to the rest of the car.

When I tried to make an insurance claim, the Cascades Auto Body estimate exceeded the value of the car and I was told that Cascades Auto Body doesn’t repair totalled cars. I had to withdraw the insurance claim and take the car elsewhere to be repaired.
