The paint job on my daughter’s car was beautiful. You couldn’t even tell that they did only painted the bumper as it was perfectly matched to the rest of the car.

When I tried to make an insurance claim, the Cascades Auto Body estimate exceeded the value of the car and I was told that Cascades Auto Body doesn’t repair totalled cars. I had to withdraw the insurance claim and take the car elsewhere to be repaired.

Very poor service. Very disappointed by David. He is NOT professional at all. This will be our last association with Cascades. We were discussing about your service in a party of 200 people yesterday and few were like never go there.

The repair was done quite well. My only comment would be telling me 3-5 day repair when in fact it was a full week.

I'd be nice to have the vehicle detailed or cleaned after the work is done. While happy with the repairs, the floor, doors and seats were dirty requiring me to clean.
