The quality was good but the timing was twice as long as promised. Second time this happened in 3 months (2 separate cars issues). One was supposed to be 7-10 days. Ended up 3 weeks. Other was 4 days. Ended up 8 (and had a rental that cost a fortune)

They didn’t contact me about my long delay. I was told 2-3 days it ended up being 8 days. Someone was suppose to call me back & I left him a voice message he never called back. I didn’t want to seem like a pest but no one was giving me an answer. All I wanted to know was when because I was without a vehicle I also asked for them to paint a small area (touch up) they said they would that never was done The bumper they put in is not flush with the car. You have to push it in since it pops out. Very disappointed never expected this

My contact was with Shawn Kemp. He answered all of my questions when evaluating the job before the repair and after when I picked up the vehicle. Very pleasant and explanations were full. Kept in touch with me during the repair. Front desk person was also helpful and polite. Job was 10 out of 10. The price was reasonable. Would definitely return in the future. 5 stars.

All in all my experience was good but because I received different quotes for my initial work service I was held up with getting my vehicle and had to pay a little more than I was expecting because my insurance was paying

The guys at MJC did an amazing job repairing my car. Devon Holder was super helpful even when there was some confusion with the insurance company. We got it resolved and got my car back to me as soon as they could.

The automated text messages were completely wrong. It took twice as long as was promised. The text message said it was ready on December 24th for pick up but not only was it not ready by a week- the place was closed when I showed up on the 24th. It felt like a total scam with Geico. I will never use again.

Staff unpleasant and disrespectful from front desk to mechanics on the phone and in person. Repairs took too long, texts stated next week then the truck still was not repair. Phone calls not returned. Night before truck was ready, my husband called main MJ where he buys his cars and spoke with a manager. He asked the manager for help with the situation. The very nice main MJ manager stated he would call over to the MJ repair place. He must have kept his word because the next day the truck was ready.
