I love Michael Jordan Collision Center and truly think their team is beautiful. They each have amazing personalities, amazing communication, and a thoughtfulness for each person like no other. They were flexible, hard-working, and diligent every step of the way— and that’s say a lot since they had my car for a month! I feel blessed to have been recommended to this place by my grandmother. Josh did not review anything with me before the repair or after repair.
I dropped it off he was in a hurry to leave. After the repair the young lady at desk told me everything.
Then Josh came out repeated what she said and left. I felt he should have explained to me about the repair itself and did a walk around. He did not before or after.
I actually felt like wasn't important to him at all.
There's gentleman by the name of Robert who was extremely nice and the young lady at the front desk.
I will be reporting this to Geico.
Josh's customer service sucked and was horrible from start to finish.

Just came out repeated to me what had been already stated and left. The drop off he had to leave to pick his daughter up and as much as said so. Which should have been oblivious to me. (919) 280- 6619.

Mike and Josh dropped the **** on communication.
I finally had to come in person and demand my vehicle back.
I have records of all my calls and vm that went unanswered from Mike and Josh never called back to let me know my vehicle eould not be finished on Dec . 31st as he hoped. I asked Rachel to please have Mike call me as I had a text saying my vehicle was almost ready on Dec.18. And it was now January 4th. Mike did not call me and that’s when I went in person and picked up my vehicle . I cannot recommend Michael Jordan and will not use in the future.

I have used the collision center a few times and it has always been a seamless process. I love the customer service and quality of work. This time they dropped the **** in communication towards the end, but, to be fair, the holidays may have impacted their staffing or ability to return calls in a timely manner. Other than me having to chase my car down towards the end, I am satisfied. Rachel is wonderful, and my car appears to be as good as new. Great job!
