The repair looks great, however, the trunk does not open and close as smooth as it used to. Also, communication could have been better with regards to the repair. A simple update via phone, text or email on a weekly basis would have been great.

Staff super nice, car exterior looks beautiful. But it took 3.5 weeks to repair and each week Enterprise called me asking when the rental car would be returned. I was actually charged for the rental car a couple of days and didn't realize until after I returned it; luckily they refunded that before my bank account went to 0 and I was charged an overdraft fee. So somewhere between Michael Jordan Collision/Enterprise/Geico communication failed and it caused a lot of stress. Also, the brightness switch for the dashboard no longer works when the headlights are off, so I don't know if some wiring got crossed there but it is not worth investigating further. I am very happy with the exterior paint job and construction. The car looks very nice! Stellar work. The initial estimate nearly doubled and I didnt get an explanation as to why, so that also makes me wary if I were to pay out of pocket for work here. Thanks.

I have lots of issues with the service that was received, but I'll just list the ones related to the poor quality of the repairs.
****. The vehicle was dangerous to drive at night. Both headlights had been adjusted so badly that they pointed almost directly down at the pavement, barely 20 feet ahead. The first time I needed to drive at night was in a rural area with no streetlights, I could barely see the road when driving at only 25-30 miles per hour. Luckily, I had tools and was able to pull over and make rough adjustments on the side of the road to at least get home. I later did a proper adjustment and can not overstate just how badly this had been done.
2. Further complicating the poor headlight visibility was that one of the bulbs (in the replaced headlamp assembly) was not seated correctly, causing an unfocused beam. This was discovered while correcting the improper headlight adjustment.
3. While the headlight assembly was removed to fix the bulb, I discovered that a wiring harness had not been repaired. I pointed this out to the estimator when bringing in the vehicle and was assured that the technicians would definitely notice and fix something like that. However, it had not been repaired. There were still two wires with the insulation scraped off and bare copper wire exposed.
4. The replaced driver side curtain airbag was missing a retaining bolt. The attachment tab was just flapping around under the A-pillar trim.
5. The power steering radiator was almost falling off. It is held on by 3 bolts. None of the bolts were tightened. Two were almost falling out.
6. The overhead console was rattling. Several screws had been barely threaded, but not tightened.
7. My air conditioning does not seem to be cooling like it should. The invoice said the AC was evacuated and recharged. I haven’t had the opportunity to have this checked out yet, but based on the lack of quality I’ve seen so far, I’m wondering if this procedure was not done correctly or to manufacturer specifications.
8. Plastic trim pieces that were damaged by the airbag deployments were not replaced.
9. The vehicle interior was covered in dust and smelled like grease when picked up.
This is just what I've noticed so far. At this point I'm worried about what else was done poorly and/or overlooked, and am considering whether I should take this somewhere else to have all of your work reviewed for other problems.
