It was such an easy process. From the time I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate, to the estimate appointment, to scheduling the repairs- it was around 3 weeks total! It was estimated to be 2 weeks to repair but was done in less than **** week. I’ve used another repair shop previously and had a horrible experience - I really appreciate the wonderful experience at Emerald Coast Collision! We will definitely use Emerald Coast Collision in the future for any repair needs and will refer friends and family as well!! Thank yall so much!!

Easy peasy. They were able to get me in within about a week. They worked with the insurance company to identify additional damaged not picked up during initial adjustment. The repair was quick but there was a small delay with a back order part. Sasha kept me updated along the way.

I want to thank you, and all the Emerald Coast repair team, for the work that was done on our car. An accident, by its nature, is a disrupting event; however, the Emerald Coast Team made this process the best I could have hoped for. Everyone I worked with was personable and professional and all communications were prompt and informative. I know there are many things associate with this process that are out of your control but the work that you did was outstanding, and the car looks and drives “like it never even happened”. I would like better transparency. It seemed like since insurance paid for everything I was not granted access to information directly from ECCR but was instead instructed to call my insurance agent. There also was no communication or updates during the process until I called the day before the estimated finish date.

Cost a bit extra because it was unknown at the time of original estimate, but at least the caught it. However, there was a bit of confusion on completion date. It changed quite a bit, and this is a work truck, so I really needed it back. In the end all was resolved and they do good work. We are repeat customers.

Technicians knew of an exhaust leak, delivered the car to me and did not mention the exhaust leak. The car is fairly new and still under warranty. Buick dealer contact and was told car is not repaired. I went to ECC and they still haven't contacted me for a complete repair.
