I want to thank you, and all the Emerald Coast repair team, for the work that was done on our car. An accident, by its nature, is a disrupting event; however, the Emerald Coast Team made this process the best I could have hoped for. Everyone I worked with was personable and professional and all communications were prompt and informative. I know there are many things associate with this process that are out of your control but the work that you did was outstanding, and the car looks and drives “like it never even happened”. I would like better transparency. It seemed like since insurance paid for everything I was not granted access to information directly from ECCR but was instead instructed to call my insurance agent. There also was no communication or updates during the process until I called the day before the estimated finish date.

Dropped off truck and got it back completely fixed.
Cost a bit extra because it was unknown at the time of original estimate, but at least the caught it. However, there was a bit of confusion on completion date. It changed quite a bit, and this is a work truck, so I really needed it back. In the end all was resolved and they do good work. We are repeat customers.

Technicians knew of an exhaust leak, delivered the car to me and did not mention the exhaust leak. The car is fairly new and still under warranty. Buick dealer contact and was told car is not repaired. I went to ECC and they still haven't contacted me for a complete repair.

Repair was just right, car was clean and nice. The only issue was length of repair….3 weeks. Since the car was driveable, would have been better to bring the car in once all the parts had been delivered.

I found it frustrating that it took 4 visits to get my car repaired. It was a bit of a gutsy move giving me warranty paperwork and the deductible before the car was finished. It took another two weeks for your company to get it right. I wouldn’t do that again if the repair is not complete. Also, sending me to Nathan from the back up camera company who couldn’t actually make the alignment work without dissambling the door demonstrated that your shop was learning as it went on my vehicle and didn’t have a comprehensive strategy. I don’t leave anonymous feedback online, but know that I will not be trusting your company for future repair work and will actively discourage others from seeking your services. I had hoped such a highly rated shop would have not needed to learn on the job with my complex van.
