It was my first experience with the business. I am very, very happy with the quality of work and customer relation efforts. Wayne Beasley was incredibly helpful. He made sure to update me 2-3x weekly. When I went to pick my vehicle up; he made sure to walk me around the vehicle and pointed out everything that was one. Extremely satisfied.

Midway is the only place that I go to for repairs to my Altima that are not regular maintenance service. The technicians are people that I trust, and have found the repairs they perform to be very high quality.

My representative with Midway collision kept me in the loop about what was going on and how long it would take, and when he realized it was going to exceed the amount of time we anticipated he was quick to call me to let me know. No matter what vehicle I drive if I have to have some autobody work done I will gladly take it to them

Your entire team was a delight to work with!! My service manager, Wayne was kind, friendly and very efficient. Even Allstate was very pleased with the quality of the photos he sent them. Ken my service coordinator was wonderful as well. His team did a fantastic job on my Elantra!!! She is almost 4 years old and she looks brand new. The girls at the front desk are very pleasant and efficient. I had been taking my car to Larry **** for service and repairs and regular maintenance, After my experience with your team l am switching to Midway. Ken called me with updates and completed the repairs a day earlier than expected. I feel like l have made some new friends and found a new dealership to take care of my car. Thank you so much for all your team did for me and my little car.
