Repairs were completed in a timely manner and looked great at pick-up. Staff and admin for repair work was very pleasant and approachable despite the fact that I was always scraggly and disheveled from work, haha. Process was simple and straightforward and that is appreciated beyond words- time is valuable, so the quick in/out isn't impersonal, its efficient. Please thank your repair staff who did the physical labor on my vehicle, looks awesome...and also whomever scrubbed my rims, I certainly dropped it off a spec dirty, wasn't expecting that. Will consider this shop again in future if other repairs are needed.

I rec’d a nearing completion text msg at 9a on the day my advisor said the car would be finished. I called and left a msg at 2:30p to check on the status of the vehicle. I did not receive a call back till 5:50p (10min before closing). I am also disappointed that when I showed up the following morning to pick up my vehicle my advisor was not there.

They cleaned the inside of my car with a dirty rag so now I have to go get my car detailed myself to fix the horrible job they did inside my car. The speedometer, my radio, car seat, and dashboard were ashy grey. I did not take my car there in that condition and certainly did not expect to get it back like that.

Hello-
I left a voicemail for the MGR. I realize that after market parts don’t always fit properly but I should not see the dark primer color on a white vehicle. Also the fender over the driver front tire is flimsy and easily snaps off unlike the others, it don’t so that before.
