It was obvious that my truck was not being worked on in the time frame as promised. After being delayed for a week, the only communication that I received after that was when I called to check on the status of my truck and then I was given incomplete or repetitive excuses from employees who didn’t seem to know what was going on with my vehicle. To add to my frustration when I was finally able to get my truck, a piece was missing from the interior of the truck, dirty hand prints in the interior and the paint job in the repaired area does not match the rest of the truck. This is by far the worst experience I have had with a Service King.

The service provided was exceptionally quick,easy, and smooth. I just received my car back yesterday and noticed my the outside temperature on my screen is not reading correctly, however I’m sure once I bring it to the staff attention I’m sure they will not have any issue trying to fix the issue. Other than the advisor I mostly spoke to was Gilberto Padilla and he was amazing to say the least!
