Julian was fantastic. Communicated every step, showed me repairs done and explained how the damage happened in the first place (broken door lock). Very happy with Service King because of him.

Before even getting home, the entire flashing under the front panel snapped and came off. My husband had to get a utility knife to cut it off before we could take it back. Once we did, we received a phone call that we must have hit something on the way home. We did not. My husband submitted a statement to the store and pictures. That was Monday. We still have not received a phone call or any further information. Not happy at all
