The GEICO representatives on staff were very professional and very helpful in getting my claim satisfied. The work done on my car was top notch quality and was done in just a few days. I was very impressed! Also, I didn't notice until I was leaving that my car was cleaned before it was returned to me. I went back inside to thank them for that before I left the collision center. Again, thank you for all of your work.

I was supposed to get my car back Thursday, but the parts came in broken so they needed an extra day. They are closed on the weekends but they had a guy come in Saturday so that I could get my car back. That helped me save a lot of money since I was in rental and I didn't want to pay for it till Monday. Great customer service and I am completely satisfied.

Was told that the car would be ready more than a week ago. Delays were blamed on the sale of the business, which should not affect the workflow. Once I got in my car, the car tank said zero (0) to empty, that unacceptable and the car was not washed prior to my picking it up.
In the last 120 days, I have had three (3) cars in your shop with an amount equaling over $25K in insurance repairs. I have referred your shop and have claimed that your service is top knotch.
I am not certain that I feel the same as did after this experience.
