I have used AZ Collision Specialists 3 times. Each time has been a good experience. Today was top notch--good job, clean car and very helpful--also very quick turnaround. I also like that Enterprise is right next to it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service.

Workmanship was of the highest level and the car kooks like it is brand new and no accident ever took place. The one item that i was unhappy with was the fact that while I was doing my due diligence in selecting a repair shop I asked each of them one question that was identical to all of them. That question was whether or not the repair facility accepted my "Car Care One" credit card financed by GE Financial. I was put on hold by the girl who answered the phone so she could check with her boss on if it would be accepted (I believe she stated that she spoke with Brian) and that your organization accepted the card. When it was time to pay apparently this card can not be used to pay.Brian contacted the bank that issues the card and no record could be found the Arizona Collision is signed up to accept the card. Brain was very nice with the whole thing but at this point it was we don't take the card and you have to pay for the work done before you will be allowed to drive away. I told him I could put it on another card but I wanted on the GE Money card to get the no interest for 6 months and if they would have been known their financing options when I originally asked the question, I would have taken my business to a repair shop that did accept it. Brian was able to come up with a solution that was amicable to all parties involved and I got my car, put the 500 on the no interest card and Arizona Collision got their 500. I didn't like that fact that this whole process took over two hours out of my day and it was a day that I could ill afford to be wasting precious time dealing with a problem that shouldn't even existed.

The only thing I would say is I had a problem with the completion date that was told to me. Other than that, Arizona Collision did a wonderful job with my car and were very nice to deal with. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Regards Doris ****

Everyone was extremely nice, helpful and great to work with. You kept me well informed and when a couple of things didn't work right, every effort was quickly made to resolve the problem.
