We chose Arizona Collision Specialists because the repairs would be completed much sooner than a competitor. Our impression was that it would be completed within 2 weeks and were advised to drop the car off on 12/20/18. Work did not start on the vehicle until 12/26/17. As a result of being down a vehicle, we had to rent a car earlier than we wanted. Even considering the Holidays, it would have been nice to have been advised if we could have dropped off the car on 12/26/16 saving us additional rental car costs.
