The customer service was great as were the repairs - the car looks better than it did before the accident. I received regular updates on the status of the vehicle, which was much appreciated. The only minor complaint I have is that I was expecting to get the car back on Monday, and received a text message that it was ready, but was then contacted about the car not actually being ready and in the end I was not able to get my car until Wednesday morning. Other than that, the experience was superb.

There is a vibrating noise coming from my door and the bumper isn’t fully flush like the other side of the bumper. Overall not very satisfied with the experience I will be calling on Monday the 21st to schedule a new fix of it.
