ACS did a repair for me a couple years ago from the East Mesa facility. I was really impressed that I received an email each day with status of my car's repair. Although my most recent repair was quite timely, I did not receive status updates when working this past week with the Scottsdale facility. This was a small repair, so certainly not a deal breaker, but just so you know, customers very much appreciate the good communication. That is what brought me back to your company a second time.
