The entire process was professional from intake to final delivery of my vehicle after repairs were made to the vehicle. Dustin, the Service coordinator was proactive in his communications throughout the repair period.
The collision repair team did an excellent job of repairing my vehicle and restoring a damaged vehicle to one that looked as if it was purchased new once again off the sales floor of the dealership.
I’m pleased with my decision to chose Planet Ford for this accident repair work as I was when I purchased my new vehicles from Planet Ford.
You have a great team of professionals from the intake process to the young lady who coordinates rental car requirements and develops final payment totals at the front desk and who calls the day after to determine if ‘all is well’ with my vehicle the day after receiving it back from the Collision Department! Everyone was simply ‘first class’ to deal with at the end of the day!

Had to retune to pick up floor mats that were left out and a piece of side mold that was not put back on truck. Instead, it was laying in the bed of my truck. Invoice does not reflect actual parts put back on vehicle.

The truck had white specks all over it from the buffer and white paste on the edges of the hood and tail gate. Also the steering wheel had white on it and the center arm rest. For what I paid the paint job on the hood should of come out better.

Horrible service advisor. Got my car back with my mirror no longer working when it didn’t even go into the shop for that. Had my engine replaced and now my Auto Stop no longer works and when I said something to Mark Barrett, the service advisor, I got, “that’s not our problem. Take it to AutoNation.” With absolutely no follow up on after that. So now my car has since been at AutoNation fixing Planet Fords mistakes that they won’t correct because it’s “not their problem.”
