Service was not personal. I did not receive a straight answer from anyone there. The standard answer was “sometimes it takes 4-6 weeks for the part to come in”. Not until I spoke with the service manager. (He gave me the same at first until I explained). He then looked up my ticket and moved things along nicely. I will not be back.

Overall, I am glad that my car was fixed but the communication could have been a lot better. Many times I called and didn’t get a response or I wouldn’t receive a call back until days later. The experience was very uneasy in the beginning.

In all honestly it would be very hard to make this right. You guys had my truck over a month. I arrived three times to pick it up and it was not fixed correctly. You all missed multiple damaged items. Now I am stuck fixing my own truck when I should be mourning the loss of my mother.
