I think the bodywork and the repair of the care were great. I do wish there was an easier way to communicate to understand the timeline for repair, this made it a little harder to plan when & if the car would be back, as the repair took close to a month.

Brenton was awesome, excellent customer service and always kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. I would recommend if a vehicle is there for an extended period of time, my vehicle was there for five months, that precautions are taking to prevent bugs from invading the vehicle. We had an ant problem that took about a week to resolve. Overall, completely satisfied and would use your services again, if needed.

Over all work completed was good and faster than I expected in this market. If you really want to win customers over, then I suggest a few small adjustments.
Clean glove policy when entering customer vehicles. I noticed oil smudges over several areas of my vehicle. Quick inspection would have caught this. Clean gloves would have prevented this. Final inspection of not just the repair, but areas worked in would provide a quality finished product to the customer.
