Clean glove policy when entering customer vehicles. I noticed oil smudges over several areas of my vehicle. Quick inspection would have caught this. Clean gloves would have prevented this. Final inspection of not just the repair, but areas worked in would provide a quality finished product to the customer.

Work took exceedingly long to complete and the estimator assigned to the repairs did not provide routine updates and was difficult to reach. The roof had to be modified to fit current manufacturer's kit, which did contribute to delays. The roof now leaks water into the cabin through the roof glass repairs. Excessive cabin wind noise is now also present. The estimator that I had previously worked with remains difficult to reach for a resolution.

The collision team broke a window during my repair and left broken glass embedded in my seat and in my trunk. I was not informed about this, and I cut myself on the broken glass while trying to raise and lower the rear passenger seat after the repair was completed. The team also replaced the broken window with a defective part and I’m currently waiting to be contacted to have it replaced again.
