Once the insurance issues were resolved the repair time was excellent. The repair to the damaged area looked good and no problems with it.

Trey and the ladies at the front desk were very accommodating and pleasant. . The work and timeline were explained in detail.
Although there was a slight mixup with a wrong part, the correct part was ordered and arrived quickly.
Trey kept us informed during the entire process, setting an appointment and estimating that installing the part would take 15-20 minutes. He took the car in right on time and, due to rigorous checking of the placement and operation of the part, which we greatly appreciated, our wait was only one hour.
We were extremely satisfied with the Collision Center's work.

The sealant used to seal the shark fin antenna was a clear sealant, the original sealant was black, it doesn’t look great but isn’t noticeable if your not looking hard. Somehow my OnStar module got shorted out and had to be replaced, I thank you for making it a simple process and covering the repair. I do not need to be contacted regarding anything I just wasn’t satisfied with how long it took to get repaired and the sealant that was used but honestly don’t want this hendrick location repairing my vehicle in the future. I still would use hendrick in the future, just not the us 70 location.
