My passenger door lock worked before I hit the deer and had the car repaired. When I picked up the car it no longer worked and was told it was probably the actuator and that they didn’t think it was from the accident. Not sure why it doesn’t work but I know it did before. They said I could buy one online for $200

I can trust this company and their full TEAM. I have called other shops for quotes, Schoonover beat them. As long as I can keep trusting them, I will happily refer people here.

Job is yet to be finished. Awaiting some part from Lexus that I believe is for the car’s safety system. I have not heard in over 3 weeks now.

The dent removal was superb. There was some very small dots of touch up paint that is white, but not the same white. It is not very noticeable

I brought my van to you and trusted you completely when you said the van would not be totaled. I did not care if the van was ever fixed. I did not want to drive it with a dent when it was not our fault. So if the insurance was going to fix it fine. But if it could not be fixed I would have drove away from the concept of fixing it had I known that an insurance company could take my care from if if you quoted and steered me wrong in out decision. Bob asked if it would get totaled and your outfit said NO not with a dent like that!!! Why in the world would it get totaled for a dent in the tailgate. What about the option to pound out the dent, I don't know you are the expects you were supposed to advice us. But we got ROYALLY SCREWED!!! I will forever be happy about the situation on this van. We got taken by three parties in our book.. We were put between a rock and a hard place. The van had a lifetime warranty for the engine and we wanted to keep driving it no matter what. Now we are forced to buy an overpriced piece of crap for our daughter and Progressive will make money on my car for scrap. This was a top five horrible transaction in my life! Noone we talked to can believe how bad this situation was. Rita
