The only negative was that I received an email stating that the vehicle would be ready to be picked up on a certain date. When I arrived that morning, I was told it would be ready at the end of the day. The email should have indicated that.

Pat took the time to dig in, carefully, skillfully and thoughtfully estimate the situation and damages. He (and the office staff via txt) communicated often with helpful updates.
