You did an excellent job repairing my truck. It was only 3 weeks old when I was hit. Steven did a great job dealing with the insurance company. Insisting on original Chevy parts and finding repairs over the original estimate from their insurance company. If I had brought my truck to a dealer I know that the work would not have been done as thoroughly as you did it. My dad will be in for an estimate on some body work next week. Thank you for getting my truck back to brand new! GOOD LUCK!

The work was great. Always is. I've had cars repaired by you many times over the years, and while we lived in WI for much of the last 20, we recently moved back, and are and will be loyal customers. The frustration I had is that we set a date for me to drop the car for repairs for a minor ding. The car was completely driveable. Apparently only when you had the car did you go order the parts. And, I can understand why, and I appreciated your updates, but it was weeks that the car sat on your lot, when we could have been driving it. I would have liked it a lot better if you had us drop it when you planned to fix it, not so it could sit for an extended period of time while you looked for parts.

I was totally frustrated with the "constant bickering" that was created via my insurance company. Thankfully Tom was there to intervene and after 6 weeks of delays the job was finally finished.
