First let me say I would recommend Kraft 99% overall, the only time I was disappointed was minor, you have major problems getting help no less finding a good employee so I take that into consideration, honestly the disappointments were very minor, one is on my Mercedes the last repairs you performed is I have **** rim different from the other 3 wheels are different, the one was replaced was original factory finish the other 3 are a after market repair, the coatings were colored with a paint that is a gray color or the best shot at aluminum looking finish, the one is aluminum with a clear finish, a difference that is minor, this same car was found to have a cracked windshield the day I was to pick it up and it had **** not so minor, I took the car directly to my mechanic, Nic, at circle star motors. During his service he said he found a very loose bolt on the steering column assembly between the column and the steering box, could have been a major problem if the column had disconnected from the box, basically I would have lost control of the car, I owned a construction business and know what the liability for a mistake of that nature. I had a Dodge Durango Citadel, it was all body work and you did a great job on, I had your shop take the vehicle to Santa Cruz Tire and Service, down the street from your shop. When they lifted the vehicle up on the rack the entire undercarriage was coated in oil, the oil pan had developed a leak, it was bad enough they had to steam clean it to identify where the leak was coming from. This was not in your scope however it would have been nice to know about, your staff must have seen it as they had to replace the passenger side wheel and steering linkage and quarter panel. It seems you do not quite get 100% recommendation, prepandemic you would have been 110% rating, maybe a quality control department or person should be considered, just a person with a second look of the work done. I know your staff have always tried to save me money, some things can be costly, I have always received a phone call to discuss anything out of repair scope, the factory rims for this vehicle are $****,800 each so I can appreciate asking the question on other options, used rim, repaired rim, after market rim, etc. I don’t believe I have ever worried about cost so much and have never restricted the time you needed, you historically have always done premium work, you are not the cheapest body shop around but I obviously have faith in your company, would have to look back but over the last couple years have unfortunately had to spend over around $40,000 with you folks, two wrecks with the Mercedes and just a body make over, dents and paint, I have to take back the comment about putting the car up on the rack, that was the Durango with the oil leak but as much as it was leaking there should have been a lot of oil spots where it was being stored there or on your shop floor. So you asked, don’t think you wanted a book on the subject but just wanted to be clear on my points of interest. You folks have for the most part done very nice work. I have been expecting a quote from Chis for refinishing the three rims that are different. Not sure it can be done, the rims would have to be stripped of the of the current finish and or machined off, and the have a clear finish applied, if I could get the cost for this I would appreciate it. I also have been deleting any phone numbers that I do not know so Chris may have called, no worries you text me “best way” email or leave a voice mail which I often have a full message box. Hope this taken as intended, not complaining just experiences I have had. Kenton L

Totally, unapologetically professional service and absolutely top quality work. It is clear the team at Krafts takes great pride in their work and training and make it a point to do it right the first time, every time. Amazing knowledge, customer service and attention to detail. These are the things that make a good shop great, but Krafts is even a level above that. Earned a customer for life with ease.
