I was impressed to see your shop in action. Clean and organized (unlike many mechanics' shops). Rubin stayed on top of the car's status and communicated well with us. Our repairs seem to have been made well - no defects or nonfunctioning parts so far. Whether Kraft's was cost-effective compared to other shops is unknown, but USAA would judge that.
