Very nice and patient employees. Lots of customers and telephone calls to keep up with. The shuttle is a great service to have when you drop your car off and have no way to get home. Kept in touch when repairs were started and finished. Definitely would recommend. My car looks great. Big plus was a wash and inside cleaned.

The car was driven inappropriately within the one month it was at Vann York. The car keeps a downloadable log of all activity from open doors to top speed. The car was put in valet mode to hopefully prevent inappropriate driving by people working on the car. It was not in valet mode when we got the car back. We received one update on the progress the whole time.

I was very disappointed in the lack of communication between the staff and me. I was told my car would not been brought in till all the parts where in stock unfortunately that was not the case. I only had two days left of my rental car before the month ran out, and my car had still not been completed because they did not order all the parts. With the bad experience, lack of communication, I do not think I will bring my car in for bodywork in that location again. There are too many other places that are much fine and better communication with their customers.
