swirl marks and scratches in my paint when it was detailed before I picked it up. Looks like they used a dirty rag when they washed it. Did not notice until a few days after. . They were not there before it was brought in to do the work . I’m not happy about the it and will never use them again

I’ve experienced nothing but bad at Vann York and will in the future take my buying and repairs to another dealer ! You need to look into better customer service and relationships with your customers ! The customers pay your bills your people need to understand they work for me, I don’t work for you ! Customer service is killing business everywhere and it’s killing Vann York as well ! People think because they been with a company along time there set, they forgot they still have a job to do ! Make your employees understand that ! They cost me time and money but apparently they think that’s ok, nothing out of there pockets or Vann York’s pocket. Keep operating like that and eventually it will show up ! Bad news always travels faster than good news does, remember that !
