I wasn’t kept informed on the delay’s with parts
Had my car for one month
Didn’t send the insurance adjuster info on delays until I called and asked questions
A lot of miscommunication about when my car was ready
I understand things happen in these times we are In with pandemic and issues with shipping but things could have been handled better
I waited two months to get my appointment then had to wait a month to get my car back is Unacceptable
